Daniel Radcliffe Moves On From Harry Potter
Daniel Radcliffe is all set to put Harry Potter behind and the actor says he was worried when he heard a rumour that another story around the boy wizard was being written.
The 21-year-old started playing the bespectacled hero in the films of JK Rowling’s book series from the age of 11, Contactmusic reported.
“I was worried! I texted her. I said, ‘Look, is this true? Are you writing another book?!,” He said
The 45-year-old Rowling put Radcliffe’s mind at rest, reassuring him there would be no more books.
“She wrote back that she was so pleased with my performance in Harry Potter And the Deathly Hallows, Part 1. that as a reward, she promised to never write another book about Harry,” Radcliffe said.
Meanwhile, the actor has been keeping himself busy and says he barely thinks about the end of franchise, which has been part of his childhood.
“I’ve been so busy with ‘How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying’ that I haven’t been thinking about Harry. In a few months, I’ll have to flip the switch and get back into Potter mode for a few days, but right now there isn’t time to be nostalgic about it.” he added.
