Ashley Michele Greene (born on on February 21, 1987) is an American actress and model, mostly known as Alice Cullen in the film adaptations of the Twilight novels.
She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, grew up in Middleburg and Jacksonville and attended University Christian School before she transferred to Wolfson High School. She relocated to Los Angeles, California at 17, for a career in acting.
Greene’s big break came in 2008 when she was cast as Alice Cullen in Twilight, a film based on the novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer. She reprised her role as Alice in the 2009 sequel to Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, 2010′s The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and will reprise on 2011 in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
