Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan was mistaken for pop star Lady Gaga by an airline employee at the New York airport.The once celebrated actress, now more famous for her court appearances, saw the funny side of the incident, and tweeted about it, reported People magazine online. “What does it mean when an american airlines employee says “ah! lady gaga!” to me at jfk airport? should I hav bursted into Born This Way?(sic),” wrote the 24-year-old on the micro-blogging website.The ‘Mean Girls’ star couldn’t have looked less like the singer in her travelling clothes. While Lohan teamed her skinny jeans and blazer combo with a Hermes Birkin bag, Gaga’s typical travelling outfits tend to include ripped fishnets, underwear, enormous platform boots and not much else.Despite her legal woes and constant controversy, Lohan’s profile may be set to rise again with news that she is in “final talks” to play mobster John Gotti’s daughter in a $75 million biopic starring John Travolta.However, she first needs to face her grand theft charge in a preliminary hearing on April 22. Lohan has denied accusations of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach boutique.
