Barbra Streisand's Rare Performance at Grammy Awards


Eight-time GRAMMY winner, current nominee, and 2011 MusiCares Person of the Year Barbra Streisand will appear in a rare performance on the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards this Sunday, February 13.

Streisand's performance will be introduced by three-time GRAMMY winner Kris Kristofferson.

The 68-year-old legendary singer is up for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for Love Is The Answer.

Pop singer/actor Miley Cyrus, Neil Patrick Harris, Kristofferson, six-time GRAMMY winner and current nominee John Legend, current nominee Paramore, and actor Seth Rogen have been added as presenters to Music's Biggest Night.

Streisand joins previously announced performers and nominees Arcade Fire, Eminem, Lady Antebellum, Lady Gaga, Miranda Lambert, Muse, and Katy Perry; nominees Justin Bieber and Usher, with Jaden Smith; nominees B.o.B, Bruno Mars, and Janelle MonĂ¡e; nominees Drake and Rihanna; nominee Cee Lo Green, with Gwyneth Paltrow and the Jim Henson Company Puppets; and Mick Jagger with Raphael Saadiq.

Previously announced presenters include Dierks Bentley, Selena Gomez, Norah Jones, LL COOL J, Nicki Minaj, and Blake Shelton.

The Grammy Awards will take place live on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast on the CBS Television Network from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
