While it may have destroyed her love life, cameras following around the gorgeous Jessica Simpson and her then-husband, Nick Lachey, was magic for ratings. The series opened doors for Jessica, helping her create her now nearly $1 Billion empire and gave us all some good laughs. Jessica recently became engaged again, this time to former NFL player Eric Johnson.
