Charlie Sheen's Custody Settlement Mandates Psych Exam

Charlie Sheen will reportedly not be able to see his 2-year-old twins – Bob and Max – unless he undergoes a psychological evaluation by a neutral psychiatrist who hasn't seen him earlier.

Charlie's ex, Brooke Mueller, insisted on the psychological examination, concerned over the twins' safety while in Charlie's custody. Charlie is reported to have agreed to the stipulation as part of a recent custody settlement between the two, the terms of which have not been made public.

Brooke and Charlie are also required to undergo periodic drug testing as part of the settlement. Both were reportedly clean the last time they were tested.

"Charlie must submit to a mental health evaluation with a licensed professional before he can see Bob and Max," a source told Radar Online.

"Charlie knows what he has to do to see the boys," the source added.
