Sonakshi Sinha looked angelic in a white Anita Dongre layered dress at the FICCI FRAMES Excellence Awards 2011 held at Hotel Renaissance in Powai, Mumbai on Friday, March 25. The 23-year-old Joker star was the recipient of The Best Newcomer Award for her debut film Dabangg. 
The talented youngster also received two awards for the film on behalf of team Dabangg - Best Film and Best Music.
The star kid wore a number from the designer's recently launched Timeless collection: a floor sweeping lehenga topped with long sleeve, knee length, matching jacket accented with dazzling golden embellishments; and a matching dupatta draped around her arms.
She accessorized with stand out jewelry - chandelier earrings and a matching ring on her right hand middle finger.
Her hair was styled in a shoulder draping sleek ponytail with a swept back top. She wore winged eyeliner and nude lip gloss. A fab manicure with pink nail polish rounded her glorious looks. Sonakshi inherits the beauty and grace of her gorgeous mother Poonam Sinha, and the statuesque elegance of her father, Shatrughan Sinha. Earlier in the day, Sonakshi was at a FICCI Frames 2011 conference titled Successful Film Content for the Future: Rise of the Debutants; other participants included Ranveer Singh, Kiran Rao, Habib Faisal (maker of Do Dooni Char and writer of Band Baaja and Baaraat), Maneesh Sharma and Vikramaditya Motwane. The actress has been on the move, either receiving awards or signing endorsements, since her return from Chandigarh earlier this month from the filming of Shirish Kunder's Joker 3D with co-star Akshay Kumar. "Bhaagam bhaag hai bhai! Been going crazy trying to complete all my assignments! Feels like shooting for joker was the vacation" she tweeted Saturday. On March 8 Sonakshi signed up as face of Dabur Fem Herbal Creme Bleach and on March 22 she became new face of Provogue. She will soon begin filming for her first regional film with co-star Kamal Haasan
