Britney Spears will reportedly remain for long under a conservatorship created over two years ago to oversee her financial and personal affairs.
Britney's father, Jamie Spears, and attorney Andrew Wallet were appointed conservators of her estate and assets by LA County Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz on February 1, 2008.
Sources tell TMZ that Britney is "content" with the conservatorship continuing since it has helped turn around her personal life and career.
Britney turns 29 on Thursday, December 2.
Her seventh studio album is expected to release in 2011. Earlier this month, she recorded a "big new song" for the album with Max Martin and Dr Luke.
