A controversial prepaid debit card promoted by the celebrity socialite sisters was taken off the market Tuesday amid controversy over its high fees and an official complaint from the Connecticut Attorney General.
The Kardashian Kard, which was marketed toward the young adult audience that regularly tune in to the Kardashians’ E! family reality show, carried an annual fee of up to $100 and charged fees for services like ATM withdrawals, customer service phone calls, and card cancellations.
