Socialite Paris Hilton`s ex-boyfirend and athlete Doug Reinhardt has threatened legal action against a gossip website over allegations that he is trying to sell a sex-tape he made with the heiress.
Reinhardt`s lawyers have fired off a cease and desist order to gossip website ZackTaylor.ca, warning the blogger to remove the claims or face a lawsuit.
The rumours surfaced online earlier this week suggesting Hilton had become the star of a second steamy home video while she was dating Reinhardt, the Femalefirst.co.uk reports.
Reinhardt`s representative dismissed insisting “it doesn`t exist and never existed”.
The socialite previously starred in 2004`s racy “1 Night In Paris”, which was shot by ex-film producer Rick Salomon.
