Demi Lovato has arrived at a financial settlement with dancer Alex Welch whom she assaulted while touring South America with the Jonas Brothers.
The exact amount paid by Lovato, 18 to Welch, 21, is confidential.
Welch's attorney, Donald Karpel, told TMZ, "The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely."
