The recent rumors of their split have officially come true when Ryan Reynold filed for divorce from Scarlet Johansson on Thursday.
The 29-year-old Scarlett responded for the petition for divorce immediately, which seemed as if the ex-couple were in agreement with their separation.
It is also said that neither of the actors signed a prenuptial agreement, but Ryan enlisted the help of lawyer Laura Wasser, while Scarlett is using Lynn Soodik to help throughout the divorce proceedings.
The couple wed in 2008 and grew apart because of career commitments and distance.
