Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have settled their differences over the custody of their twins Bob and Max, who turn 2-year-old on March 14.
Their attorneys tell TMZ, "Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences. For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter."
Sources tell TMZ that the couple were scheduled to appear in court over the dispute on Friday, but the hearing has now been called off.
Last week, the couple arrived at a deal, but Brooke backed out after Charlie announced it to the press, violating the terms of the agreement.
