Charlie Sheen's ex Denise Richard stopped Charlie from visiting their daughter Sam on her seventh birthday on March 9, and is now refusing to let Sam go to Charlie's house over the weekend for a birthday party that Charlie wants to host.
Charlie made do with a evening phone call on Sam's birthday, but may not be that accepting of Denise's refusal to allow Sam to visit him.
Sources tell TMZ that Charlie is keen to invite Sam and her friends to his house for a big party, but Denise won't let Sam or her friends go.
Charlie is now prepared for a fight, if required in court.
