Charlie Sheen is set to meet his twins, Bob and Max, having cleared a drug test as part of a custody settlement between him and ex Brooke Mueller, the twins' mother.
Sheen will be seeing Bob and Max for the first time since March 1, when Mueller wrested custody of the twins telling a court that she believed Sheen is "currently insane."
The court awarded Brooke custody and issued a restraining order against Sheen, stopping him from seeing either Mueller, or the children.
The restraining order lapses on Tuesday; having settled her custody dispute with Sheen, Brooke is not seeking its extension.
The custody settlement mandates periodic drug testing for both Sheen and Mueller.
Sources tell TMZ that Sheen took a drug test on March 11 and the results indicate he is clean.
