Well…that didn’t take long. Fresh off of his split with girlfriend-of-three years Jessica Biel (And by “fresh,” we mean the parting of the ways was announced just Friday…), Justin Timberlake is reportedly getting friendly with his Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis.
The Golden Globe-nominated actress threw in the towel after eight years of shacking with ’90s child star Macaulay Culkin.
Sounds like this could even be a case of “Life Imitating Movie Title,” with some mags claiming the pair have been into each other for some time and may have been the cause of JT’s split. even though nothing is believed to have happened then, friends have said that Timberlake, 30, is “very interested” in Kunis, 27, and they have great chemistry. Now that the “SexyBack” singer’s flying solo too, insiders say the course is clear for the “flirty” pair to make it official.
“Justin is very interested in Mila. They’ve been flirting, but so far nothing has happened,” a squeal tells E! News.
Other celebrity snitches with ties to Jess and Just pooh-pooh reports that Timberlake’s Kunis Obsession had anything to do with his bust-up with Biel. The exes simply grew apart, pals told PEOPLE as news of the split made headlines last week.
“It really was mutual. There really wasn’t a final straw. They’re just two people who realized they wanted different things in life and were headed in different directions. It was just easier to end it now rather than later. It’s never easy when a relationship ends, but she knows this needed to happen and she’s moving on with her life.”
Meanwhile, Jessica seems to be handling her return to the Land of the Single well: She was spotted enjoying male company while out with friends in Los Angeles on Friday night.
“She was sitting in between two guys who both seemed to be vying for her attention,” says an eyewitness. “She was laughing and talking animatedly with both of them until another girlfriend wedged in on one side…”
