Actress Kelly Preston has said that deep down troubled star Charlie Sheen is a ‘good person’. The 48-year-old still has a place in her heart for the man who almost became her husband. She said: “My heart just goes out to him, and all of his family. He is such a good person underneath all of it, he really is.” “We were together for a year, and he wasn’t drinking, and he wasn’t doing drugs.” Preston added to People.com at yesterday’s opening of friend Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison shop in Los Angeles: “And there is a beautiful person in there. He really is a great man.”
