Sonam Kapoor traded her onscreen revealing mini dresses from Thank You with a traditional red and golden churidar set at an event to plug the film in Mumbai on March 11.
The top guns from the film's ensemble cast - Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Suniel Shetty, Sonam Kapoor and Celina Jaitely - attended specially arranged weddings of two couples - Hazel Thomas Monterio and Santosh Shinde; and Suman Mishra and Kapil Mishra - at a Bungalow in Madh Island.
The 25-year-old I Hate Luv Storys star wore an Anamika Khanna outfit - red long sleeve angrakha style top accented with golden brocade, matching golden dupatta and white churidar.
She accessorized with shimmering belle flats and gold pearl drop flower earrings. Her hair was styled straight with a side parting. She wore thick kohl liner and glossy pink lipstick. Sonam is currently dubbing her lines for the film, which wasn't shot with live sound. This is Sonam's first experience of dubbing in a studio. She is currently shooting some residual scenes from the film in Mumbai. There has been some speculative media buzz over Sonam's absence from the film's promotions so far. Bazmi says once Sonam is done with dubbing and wraps her remaining scenes she will feature in the film's promotions. The film is due in theaters on April 8.
