Akshay Kumar, Asin's Housefull 2 Will be Sans Title Track

Preparations to film Housefull 2 are underway. A standout features of the film will be: no title track.

It's common practice to use a glitzy title track to promote a film, since its airing on radio and TV provides free publicity. Not for Housefull 2 though.

"Nobody noticed this but unlike Heyy Babyy whose title track topped the chart list of hit music, Housefull did not have

any such title track. Keeping that in mind, Housefull 2 will not have any title track too," says a source close to production team.

"Director Sajid Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala have made a conscious decision not have a title track for Housefull 2. It will be one of the first films in history of Indian cinema not to have a title track at all."

Filming will begin in end May on locations in England, Thailand, Argentina and Hong Kong and wrap by November.

Besides the returning actors Akshay Kumar and Ritiesh Deshmukh, the film stars John Abraham, Rahul Khanna, Asin, Jacqueline Fernandez, Randhir and Rishi Kapoor playing brothers, and Mithun Chakraborty. Two more female leads, opposite Rahul Khanna and Ritesh, are yet to be finalized.

The film is not a sequel but a series, says Sajid.

"It's a part of a hit series like Lage Raho Munnabhai. We don't need to go with the same cast or story," he says.
