Asin has rubbished a recent report that she will not feature in any more films with Salman Khan after Ready, which is currently under production.
Mid Day recently reported that Asin had declined to co-star with Salman in My Love Story, a remake of Malyalam film Bodyguard, because she had turned serious about her Bollywood career and didn't want to be seen as a Salman Khan fad; she wanted to act with other leading stars. The report mentioned that she was in talks to do films with Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan.
Responding to the report, Asin told Mumbai Mirror in an interview:
"Are you mad? I would love to do as many movies with that man [Salman Khan] as possible. I think he is a wonderful person and the coolest co-star to work with. He is encouraging and great fun on sets."
In the interview, Asin also mentioned that Salman greeted her on her 25th birthday on October 26; as did her Ghajini co-star Aamir Khan, albeit one day late!
