Miley Cyrus looked adorable in a white D&G gown at MTV European Music Awards 2010 in Madrid on November 7. Miley accented her floor length halter gown from the D&G Fall 2010 collection with contrasting black necktie and matching waistband.
She accessorized with stack of gold bangles in her left arm.
Her long golden hair, styled in soft waves, cascaded down her shoulders, framing her face. She kept it simple on makeup front - light pink lipstick and touch of golden eye shadow to her smoky eye makeup. Miley's red carpet attire once again raised concern over her penchant for adult styling - her backless gown was too revealing; at one point part of her left breast and the 'Just Breathe' tattoo under her left breast was visible. For her performance at the event later during the evening the leggy 17-year-old was back in yet another adult attire: glittery leotard, mesh stocking and lace-up boots.
