Actress Courteney Cox said she’s ‘too shy’ to go back to dating again after separating from husband David Arquette. The couple, who have a six-year-old daughter Coco, were together for 14 years before separating earlier this year. Asked how things are going since the split, she said to Britain’s Hello! magazine: “I’ve been lying really low since David and I got separated. To tell you the truth, it’s only just starting to sink in.” However the Cougar Town star said she can’t even think about going back to the dating scene right now. She said: “Oh, man! Right now I’m not ready for anything. I’m just working and looking for some calm and some time to sit back and reflect. I don’t know if I’d want to go back to dating – I might be too shy.” She added: “You know what would be really hard for me? To go out with someone who I thought was too handsome – someone who, in every way, looks better than I do. That would be really uncomfortable.”
