Octomom has a lot of money, but she is hiding it

Octomom Nadya Suleman doesn't just have a lot of children, she also has a lot of money, but she is hiding, says Amer Haddadin to whom Nadya owes a lot of money.

Nadya bought the La Habra house that she is currently staying in with her children from Amer in March 2009 for $565,000. The title of the house was transferred to her father.

Nadya and her dad were required to pay $4,139 every month for one year followed by a balloon payment of $450,000.

In April 2010, after Nadya and her father defaulted on installments, the title for house was transferred to Harmony Enterprises, Inc., a company owned by her lawyer Jeff Czech.

Jeff renegotiated the mortgage payment on the house and got a six month extension on the balloon payment.

Jeff and Nadya have defaulted on the monthly payments due in September and October.

The balloon payment is now due on October 9.

Amer visited Jeff's office on Thursday, October 7 to collect the money owed to him. Following the visit, he told TMZ that he was turned away by the office staff who told him the lawyer was busy on the phone and "has no money today."

Amer complained that his credit rating is taking a hit because Jeff and Nadya were not paying him while continuing to stay in the house.

"They have money, they have money and they are hiding it," Amer asserted.

"She made a lot of money," he added.
