Egads! Canadian diva Celine Dion gave birth to healthy twin boys at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday morning.
The boys — who were conceived after rigorous rounds of in vitro fertlization (IVF) — made their big debut at 11:11 and 11:12 AM, spokesfolks for Dion, 43, and hubby Rene report. One of the boys weighed in at 5 lbs., 4 oz., while the other is a hefty 5 lbs., 10 oz. The little guys arrived just a few days after their superstar mom was admitted to St. Mary’s for observation. They’re still waiting to be named and — like most premature babies — will spend a few days days building their strength in matching incubators.
Dion’s boys join big brother Rene-Charles, who was also conceived through IVF treatments in 2001.
“Celine is resting now and they plan to discuss what to name the boys when she wakes up,” a rep for Dion and Family tells PEOPLE. “René-Charles has been to the hospital to visit his brothers and is just so excited they are here.”
We’re so happy for Celine! She’s such an icon. Can’t wait to see the newest additions to her family.
