Kim Kardashian kicked off her birthday celebrations in Las Vegas looking hotter than ever, The reality TV star, who turns 30 on October 21, was off to a head start with her birthday celebrations at Tao inside The Venetian Resort Casino, Vegas, surrounded by a bunch of her closest friends and family.
Kim wore a bustier inspired strapless dress. She accessorized with matching accessories - metallic silver spiked Christian Louboutin heels and diamond bangles in her right arm. On her way to the party, Kim is reported to have cut herself with her silver, spiked Louboutins. "I accidentally spiked myself and cut my own foot. It was bleeding and I had to stop and clean it up!" she told E! Onine. Tao presented her with a three tier red and black birthday cake and a pair of Diamond Everlon earrings. Those attending the party included sisters Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, brother Rob and mother Kris Jenner. Among Kim's girlfriends were Kelly Rowland, Brittny Gastineau, Trina and LaLa Vazquez. Kim isn't too pleased at hitting the 3-0! "It's nervewracking because now when someone says 'How old are you?' I have to say 30. It scares me a little bit," she told E!. "But I do feel accomplished, and I feel like I've gotten a lot done before 30. I feel good!" Kim will continue her birthday celebrations Saturday, October 23, at Tao, New York. She has been in the city since early October filming for her reality show Kourtney and Kim Take New York.
