Oksana Griogrieva has claimed that Mel Gibson dropped their 2-month-old daughter, Lucia, when he left her unattended propped on the edge of a table.
Oksana made the sensational claim during a video taped deposition on August 2 in her child custody case against Mel.
The sealed deposition has been obtained by Radar Online.
Oksana says that she ran down when Lucia fell and Mel explained to her how it happened.
At around 8 am, Mel propped Lucia with a cushion on top of a table and left the room for a minute, Oksana presumes to smoke.
"I think he went to have a smoke and she slid down," Oksana said in the deposition.
Oksana carefully examined Lucia for injuries and saw that her eyes were alert.
Mel and Oksana immediately contacted a doctor but "since Lucia didn't show signs of serious injury... there was no need to take her to an emergency room," Oksana told Mel's attorney, Michael Kretzme, who questioned her during the deposition.
Lucia didn't stop crying for 20 minutes.
Later, a chiropractor examined Lucia.
