The ever gorgeous America Ferrera rocked a two tone dress at the 24th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. on September 30.
Ferrera's black and nude dress had a draped bodice with a plunging scoop neckline and fitted skirt.
She accessorized with black peep-toe pumps, Melinda Maria oval drop earrings, an exquisite David Yurman gold cuff studded with rubies and emeralds.
Her hair was styled in an updo with a side parting. She wore red lip gloss and smoky eye makeup. Ferrera, 26, won Inspira Award for her positive image of Latina women. The event honors the achievements of some of the most influential names in the Latin community. Celebrity actress Giselle Blondet hosted the star-studded event that additionally honored: Juan Luis Guerra: Arts; Mario "Don Francisco" Kreutzberger: Legend; Alejandro Sanz: Vision; Cuauhtémoc Blanco, Sports; U.S. Representative Luis Gutiérrez: Leadership and Jaime Escalante (Posthumous Tribute): Math & Science. Ferrera will be back on the small screen as a host of the Emmy Award-winning PBS series "Independent Lens." The 2010/2011 season premieres on Tuesday, October 19.
