Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have enrolled four of their six children in school in Budapest, Hungary, where Jolie is currently working on her directorial debut film.
Pitt is in Boston filming Moneyball.
A source told People magazine, "Angelina has enlisted her children into (an) elite French-American school that they will attend from next week on."
The eldest two children - Maddox, 9, and Pax, 6 - will attend regular school, while Zahra, 5, and Shiloh, 4, will attend the kindergarten at the school.
According to the source, Jolie has been meeting her neighbors in Budapest to make her children as comfortable as possible.
"She came over to everyone in the vicinity, shook everyone's hands and introduced herself, as if we didn't know who she was," the source said.
Jolie's directorial debut is a love story set during the Bosnian war.
She has penned the screenplay for the film that she will also co-produce with Academy Award winning producer Graham King and his business partner Tim Headington.
Jolie is not acting in the film; the cast comprises exclusively of actors representing various ethnicities from erstwhile Yugoslavia.
