Angelina Jolie was high on cocaine during an interview with Charlie Rose in 2000 to promote the film Girl Interrupted, says a man who claims to have supplied her the drug.
During the interview, Jolie referred to her role in the HBO film Gia, in which she played a drug addicted model, and said it was difficult "to let Gia go."
Franklin Meyer, who spent 8 months in prison in 2002 for attempted cocaine possession, tells Life & Style [via Page Six]:
"She'd taken coke. She did the show and then she came back over after."
Meyer claims to have first met Jolie in 1997 at the Chelsea Hotel. He supplied her cocaine 2-3 times a week when she was in New York, either at the hotel, or her apartment.
"She would generally spend about $100 each time. That would buy maybe half a gram of coke and a 10th of a gram of heroin," he claims.
