Kim Kardashian suffered a wound on the way to her birthday party in Las Vegas she has revealed. A pair of silver spiked Christian Louboutin heels was to blame for the fall. “I accidentally spiked myself and cut my own foot. It was bleeding and I had to stop and clean it up,” the reality starlet told E! Online. Kardashian was in Sin City to celebrate turning 30, and she admits she has mixed feelings about passing the milestone. “It’s nerve-wracking because now when someone says ‘How old are you?’ I have to say 30. It scares me a little bit,” she explained. “But I do feel accomplished, and I feel like I’ve gotten a lot done before 30. I feel good.”
