Octomom Nadya Suleman on October 13 made two outstanding monthly payments on her house and saved it from foreclosure.
In addition, her attorney, Jeff Czech, obtained an extension on a $450,000 balloon payment outstanding since October 9 from Amer Haddadin who sold the house to Nadya.
Nadya bought the La Habra house that she is currently staying in with her children from Amer in March 2009 for $565,000. The title of the house was transferred to her father.
Nadya and her dad were required to pay $4,139 every month for one year followed by a balloon payment of $450,000.
In April 2010, after Nadya and her father defaulted on installments, the title for house was transferred to Harmony Enterprises, Inc., a company owned by Jeff Czech.
Jeff renegotiated the mortgage payment on the house and got a six month extension on the balloon payment.
Amer told TMZ on October 14 that he had a "very constructive meeting with" Jeff on October 13 during which Jeff handed him checks for the outstanding monthly installments.
Amer and Jeff are now in the process of negotiating a new deadline for the balloon payment.
