Mel Gibson's former girlfriend and baby mama Oksana Grigorieva has cancelled a planned interview with Oprah Winfrey on the advice of her lawyer.
According to TMZ, Oksana's family lawyer Anne Kiley strongly advised against the interview that had been arranged by Daniel Horowitz, another lawyer assisting Oksana.
Oksana was scheduled to fly to Chicago this week to tape the interview.
CNN had earlier reported that Oksana cancelled the Oprah interview after Judge Scott Gordon, who is presiding over Mel and Oksana's child custody case, placed a gag order on Oksana.
