Hrithik Roshan has rubbished a recent report that he had sought changes in the script of Shekhar Kapoor directed Paani.
Hrithik, who has been at odds with the entertainment press, took to his Twitter account to refute the report and ask the media to set the record straight.
"Another unwanted rumour- reg 'paani'. actors like myself aspiring 2 work with greats like shekhar kapur DO NOT demand script changes!it would be my good fortune and a blessing if I get the opportunity to work with him, a genius director and an even greater human being! pls respected people of the press, set the record straight."
Based on a book by Maude Barlow and scripted by David Farr, Paani will tell a dark story about the looming water crisis.
Set in Mumbai, the film is a forbidden love story with water shortage in Mumbai as the focus of the story.
The film will be shot in Spain. "I've had a big offer from Spain to shoot the film in their country. They too are fascinated by the water theme," Kapoor told earlier.
