Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Betty Ford Center rehab clinic in Rancho Mirage, California Thursday evening, October 21. [via TMZ]
Lohan, 24, checked into the clinic on September 28, three days after she was released from jail, having won an appeal. She was jailed after her bail was revoked.
Lindsay is due to appear before court at 8:30 AM PT on Friday, October 22, for having violated the terms of her probation in a 2007 DUI case.
On September 18, Lindsay acknowledged over her Twitter account that she had failed a drug test mandated by the terms of the probation.
Judge Elden Fox, who is overseeing Lindsay's DUI case, had warned the troubled actress that she would face 30 days jail if she violated her probation, so Lindsay could return to jail. However, the judge might choose to order Lindsay to continue treatment at the Betty Ford Clink.
