It seems being in the headlines has become a compulsive habit for teenage singing sensation Justin Bieber. If not for the rather bizarre rumors that manage to create ripples on the web every now and then for his unique initiative to stay close to female fans by launching a line of nail colors! However, this time around, the teen singer is making headlines for a rather unusual reason after allegations of assaulting a 12-year-old boy has been leveled against him.
According to reports, the father of the boy who is alleged to have been assaulted by Justin Bieber has lodged a complaint with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) after the incident supposedly took place late last week. In a press release that was issued on Sunday, Cpl. Annie Linteau confirmed that a boy is reported to have been assaulted on Friday at a Richmond entertainment facility although police officials declined to comment about whether the teenage singing sensation had any role to play in the incident. While talking to reporters, Cpl. Annie Linteau said that the names of the suspects in the case cannot be released until and unless someone is formally charged in the case. However, it has been divulged by the RCMP officials that a formal investigation has been initiated in the incident to the ascertain the authenticity of the claims that have been made by the father of the 12-year-old boy.
Witnesses have confirmed that Justin Bieber was present at the Lazer Planet on Friday afternoon along with two body guards when the incident happened. Rumors have been abuzz since then with multiple gossip sites claiming that the teen singer was involved in the case.
