Britney Spears is being sued for sexual harassment.
Spears’ bodyguard has quit his job and filed suit after the singing star, who he accuses of sexually harassing him. Fernando Flores, a 29-year-old former policeman, apparently handed in his notice earlier this year, following months of repeated abuse by Britney.
Flores filed suit in Los Angeles Wednesday, amid claims that the 28-year-old often controversial pop star exposed herself to him and made unwanted sexual advances while he was employed by her in early 2009. In the suit, Flores claims that on one occasion:
“[Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].”
On another occasion, Britney allegedly called Flores to her room, where she was standing naked.
“After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up…In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores].”
The suit claims that Britney once chided Flores about her advances, quipping: “You know you liked it.”
Flores also claims in the law suit that Spears abused her children on multiple occasions. According to the suit, Spears once demanded Flores to give her his belt and then “savagely hit the small child [Preston] with the belt.” TMZ reports that “the suit claims on another occasion Britney fed both kids crabmeat even though she knew they had serious fish allergies. The suit claims both kids started vomiting and Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical help, allegedly telling them, ‘Mind your own f**king business!’”
