Former Hills star Lauren Conrad is returning to familiar terrority after inking a deal to front another reality docu-series on MTV.
In an interview with KIIS-FM’s “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Friday, Conrad confirmed the recent whispers claiming that she is set to star in a new reality show more than a year after hanging up her hat on The Hills. Conrad, 24, says the as-yet-titled show will follow only her career, not her personal life. In fact, not even the celeb’s longtime boyfriend Kyle Howard will be featured.
“It’ll be something very different,” Conrad told Seacrest of the series. “I’ve always been open to doing reality again,” she added. “Just under different circumstances. As long as you have a separation, then it works. You have your personal life and you have work life; when it’s combined, it’s difficult.”
Since leaving The Hills in 2009, Conrad has become an New York Times bestselling author and respected fashion designer.
