Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail following Friday's hearing for failing her drug test.
According to TMZ, when Lindsay appears before Judge Elden Fox on Friday, September 24, he will revoke her probation and set a hearing date for having violated the terms of her probation.
Since Lindsay's 2007 DUI case involves misdemeanors and the judge will have to set a bail when remanding her to custody; Lindsay will likely pay the bail amount immediately and walk out a free bird.
Eventually, Lindsay may or may not have to do some jail time. At the next hearing, Judge Eden Fox will sentence her to 30 days jail, but she could be let off by jail authorities within hours because of overcrowding.
