A former bodyguard claims to have seen Britney Spears physically abuse her children and have loud sex while they were in her hotel suite.
The bodyguard, Fernando Flores, makes the claims in legal documents filed in a sexual harassment lawsuit on Wednesday, September 8.
The documents have been obtained by TMZ and posted on their website.
Flores has accused Britney of "repeated unwanted sexual advances" towards him and ill-treating her children.
He has detailed the following alleged incidents of sexual harassment in support of his claim.
Attired in a sheer lace dress, Britney dropped her cigarette lighter close to where Flores was standing and then while bending down to retrieve it exposed her genitals to him causing Flores "shock and disgust."
Flores found Britney naked in her room after being summoned by her. Following an awkward silence, Britney asked him to fetch "her two bottles of 7 Up."
Regarding her conduct with her children, Flores alleges:
While performing a security check around Britney's hotel suite in California, he heard Britney "loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her."
Britney asked Flores for his belt and then pelted her elder son Sean Preston with it. "Flores heard Preston screaming in terror and pain, and saw Defendant Spears at least twice savagely hitting the small child with Plaintiff's belt," the documents claim.
Britney forced her two boys to have crabmeat despite knowing they were allergic to it.
"When both boys started vomiting, Defendant Spears explicitly prevented Plaintiff and the children's nanny from seeking medical care for the children," the suit claims.
"Mind your own f**king business!" Britney allegedly told them.
In July, sources had told TMZ that Flores contacted Department of Children and Family Services with his child abuse allegations, but their investigations established that his claims were without merit.
