Katy Perry turned heads looking sexy in a white Marchesa Fall 2010 dress and rainbow color hair at 2010 MTV Video Music Awards on September 12. Katy's mini dress had a sheer one sleeve top, embellished with black sequin work that extended to the ruffled skirt.
She accessorized with black Jimmy Choo heels, Swarovski clutch, Sutra oval hoop earrings, and a M.C.L. black diamond ring on her right hand index finger, bringing focus to her innovative nail art - a different picture of fiancé Russell Brand face on each nail.
Her hair, styled in vertical waves, had bold pink, purple and blue highlights. She wore pink frosty lipstick and smoky eye makeup with brown and gray eye shadow.
The "Teenage Dream" singer was nominated for two Moonmen - Best Female Video and Best Pop Video for "California Gurls" with Snoop Dogg. Both the awards went to Lady Gaga.
