Kevin Federline Britney Spears React To Bodyguard Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Exes Kevin Federline and Britney Spears are speaking out one day after the pop star was slapped with a sexual harassment lawsuit from a former bodyguard, who also accuses Spears of physically and emotionally abusing her two young sons with Federline.

Her musical comeback may be complete, but Spears is still as nutty as a fruitcake, cries Fernando Flores.

Flores filed the sexual harassment lawsuit in suburban Los Angeles Wednesday, alleging the singer intentionally inflicted emotional distress by subjecting him to “repeated unwanted sexual advances” and harassment during his brief employment at her home in Feb. 2009. The lawsuit claims that Britney, among other things, exposed herself to Flores and summoned him to her bedroom while she was naked. The ex-cop is seeking unspecified damages from the Grammy Award-winner and his former employer, Advanced Security Concepts Corp.

Further details from documents filed by Flores against the singer reveal the alleged mistreatment of her children – Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three.

“On more than one occasion Defendant Spears in the presence of Plaintiff proclaimed to her young sons, ‘Mommy is WHITE TRASH!’ Her boys would then ask Plaintiff what that meant, and Plaintiff was too ashamed to tell them.”

Flores also claims to have witnessed Spears striking her sons with a belt.

On Thursday, the “(You Drive Me) Crazy” singer issued a statement on BritneySpears.com vehemently denying the sexual harassment and child abuse allegations.

“This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.”

Team K-Fed agrees: “The allegations are a product of economic motives,” Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan tells the AP. “They are as baseless as they seem.” Kaplan added that it’s no coincidence the allegations were leaked to the press before any suit was filed.
