Lindsay Lohan failed a court mandated random drug test last week and will almost certainly end up back in jail for violating the terms of her probation.
According to TMZ sources, Lindsay tested positive for Cocaine. However, Lindsay denies she failed any drug test.
A DA spokesperson told the TMZ that Lindsay has not been "officially notified" of the test results and no court date has been set yet.
Just three weeks ago, Lindsay was pronounced clean of drugs by doctors at UCLA Medical Center, where she was ordered by a court to undergo 90 days rehab for violating the terms of her probation in a 2007 DUI case.
Lindsay entered the UCLA center on August 2, after serving 13 days in jail. However, the doctors at the center found her clean and recommended her early release.
On August 24, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Elden Fox, who is presiding over Lindsay's case, ordered her early release, but the judge placed the actress under supervised probation until November, and warned her that if she skipped or failed a random drug or alcohol test, she would go to jail for 30 days.
