Octomom Nadya Suleman Gets New $500,000 Adult Film Offer

Vivid Entertainment have offered to pay mother of 14 children Nadya Suleman $500,000 for just "one scene for one hour" in an adult film.

In 2009, the company offered her a $1 million adult film deal.

Nadya is reportedly facing a financial crisis, because a reality TV series she had hoped to feature in didn't materialize and a book that she wrote failed to enthuse any publisher.

She is now about to lose her house in La Habra, Ca. and go on welfare.

She bought the house in March 2009 from an Amer Haddadin for $565,000, who transferred the title to her father.

Nadya and her dad were required to pay $4,139 every month for one year followed by a balloon payment of $450,000.

In April 2010, after Nadya and her father defaulted on installments, the title for house was transferred to Harmony Enterprises, Inc., a company owned by her lawyer Jeff Czech.

Jeff renegotiated the mortgage payment on the house and got a six month extension on the balloon payment.

The balloon payment is now due on October 9.

Vivid tells TMZ that were Nadya to accept their porn film offer, they will "arrange for [payment] to happen quickly so that you will get paid in advance of your October 9th deadline."
